Cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing Connect Mobile Health for your health needs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring changes to your scheduled appointments. This cancellation policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations, rescheduling, transfers, and refunds for IV appointments, as well as bookings for peptides and any other services offered by Connect Mobile Health.

1 IV Appointments:
2 Once an IV appointment is booked, it cannot be refunded. However, we do offer the following options:
3 a) Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of your IV appointment, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule without any additional charges.
4 b) Transferring to Another Person: If you are unable to attend your IV appointment and would like to transfer it to another person, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. The new attendee should provide their full name and contact information to ensure a smooth transition.
Exceptions: The cancellation policy does not apply if a patient is not medically cleared for the IV appointment. In such cases, a refund may be issued upon providing appropriate documentation or medical confirmation.
5 Peptides and Other Services:
6 The same cancellation policy mentioned above applies to bookings for peptides and any other services offered by Connect Mobile Health. Once a booking is made, it cannot be refunded. However, we provide the following options:
7 a) Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your peptide or other service appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to find an alternative date and time that suits your availability, subject to availability.
8 b) Transferring to Another Person: If you are unable to attend your appointment and wish to transfer it to another person, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The new attendee should provide their full name and contact information.
Exceptions: The cancellation policy does not apply if a patient is not medically cleared for the booked service. In such cases, a refund may be issued upon providing appropriate documentation or medical confirmation.
Please note that failure to notify us of any changes or cancellations within the specified timeframes may result in the forfeiture of your appointment without refund or the option to reschedule.
Connect Mobile Health reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
